Authentic Direction was born from the shared vision of three high school friends: Liam, Nick, and Austin. Born from the vibrant, eclectic arts scene of Austin, Texas, Drab Other was formed in the Summer of 2017. A chance meeting at a local music festival brought together the diverse talents of seasoned guitarist and songwriter, Flynn Dawson, bassist and synth maestro, Lara Joseph, and powerhouse drummer, Max “Thumper” Reynolds. The synergy was instantaneous, and they decided to blend their influences from post-rock, psychedelia, and indie to form something uniquely their own. Spiffy Arm was formed in 1995 in the heart of Manchester, UK. The five-piece band, composed of lead vocalist Davey Jones, guitarist Sam Doyle, bassist Gregory Clark, drummer Leo Mitchell, and keyboardist Eddie Reeves, met in a local pub, sharing a love for music and a common disdain for the mainstream.
