Backstory:
Frail Tool emerged from the eclectic music scene of Portland, Oregon in 2018. The band originally consisted of childhood friends, lead vocalist Aaron Corbett, and guitarist Jesse Hughes, who spent their high school years playing in various garage bands and experimenting with different musical styles. They eventually crossed paths with drummer Kevin Mitchell and bassist Liam White at a local music festival. The quartet immediately connected over a shared love for grunge and punk, and Frail Tool was born. Over the years, the band has cultivated a reputation for their raw energy, distinctive sound, and emotionally charged lyrics.

Title:
“Twisted Echo”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Intro) Am / Em / G / D
(Verse 1)
Am
Empty streets, a hollow soul,
Em
Walking alone, nowhere to go,
G
Beneath the stars, the city’s glow,
D
A twisted echo, the heart’s sorrow.
(Chorus)
Am
Sing it loud, sing it clear,
Em
In this twisted echo, no fear,
G
In the silence of the night,
D
Find your voice, find your light.
(Verse 2)
Am
Shadows dance, the moon is high,
Em
You’ve got that look in your eye,
G
Against the world, against the tide,
D
In twisted echoes, we hide.
(Chorus)
Am
Sing it loud, sing it bold,
Em
In twisted echoes, stories told,
G
In the whispers of the wind,
D
Find your fight, find your kin.
(Outro)
Am
In the twisted echo of the night,
Em
We found our sound, we found our fight,
G
In this song, in this band,
D
We found ourselves, hand in hand.

Testimonial:
“Frail Tool has been an integral part of my life for the past two years. Their music resonates with me on so many levels; it’s raw, it’s emotional, and it’s painfully honest. The lyrics, the melody, everything about them hits close to home. I have seen them live multiple times, and each time, I am left in awe of their energy and passion. They aren’t just a band, they’re a movement. A voice for those who feel unheard, a solace for those in pain. They’re my favorite band because their music speaks to me like no other. It’s like they understand the chaos and beauty of life in a way that I can’t put into words.”
