Sociable Month

Backstory:
Sociable Month, a four-piece band from the heart of Austin, Texas, came into existence in the spring of 2015. The band members, childhood friends Ryan, Scott, Ethan, and Michael, decided to form Sociable Month after a series of impromptu jam sessions in Michael’s basement. The name ‘Sociable Month’ came from an old Texas saying that the boys’ parents would often use to describe a particularly busy or social period of time. Over the years, they have grown to create a unique and intoxicating sound that is as deep and diverse as their friendship.

The band scored their first major gig in 2016 at the renowned SXSW festival, garnering the attention of both fans and critics. Despite their rising fame, the members of Sociable Month remain down-to-earth and have stayed true to their roots, frequently performing at local venues and engaging with their loyal fanbase.

Genre:
Sociable Month is known for their eclectic blend of blues-rock and indie folk, with a dash of country twang, reflecting their Texan roots.
