When drummer, Maggie “Mag” Note, a banker herself, overheard them humming the same tune while working, she proposed starting a band as a creative escape from their daily routine. Keyboard player, Eddie “Ed” Ledger, a regular customer and music school graduate, overheard their conversation and offered his expertise, thus completing the band, Timely Deposit.
