Silky Deputy was formed in the vibrant and eclectic music scene of Austin, Texas. The band members, lead singer/guitarist Adam Briscoe, drummer Jack “Platinum” Pinkman, bassist Claire “Silky” Albright, and keyboardist Tom “Deputy” Davison, met during an impromptu jam session at a local music festival. They quickly discovered a shared passion for smooth, soulful sounds paired with modern, thought-provoking lyrics. From that day, their synergy was undeniable, and ‘Silky Deputy’ was born.
Their success was not overnight. The band spent long nights practicing in cramped basement studios, honing their sound, and building their unique blend of music.
