Growing Crash

Backstory: Growing Crash is a four-piece band hailing from Brooklyn, New York. Formed in 2010, the band members Matt Johnson (vocals/guitar), Cindy White (bass), Jake Thomas (drums), and Sarah Connors (synth/keyboards) were all childhood friends who grew up with a shared passion for music. They started out playing covers in garages and at local high school events before they began to write their own music. Their big break came in 2015 when they were spotted by a talent scout at a local music festival. Their raw energy and unique sound quickly gained them a record contract.

Title: “Fallen Stars”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse)
Em C
Once upon a midnight dreary,
G D
Among the bright lights, we were weary,
Em C
Strumming our pain with broken strings,
G D
In search of a melody that brings.

(Chorus)
C G
We are the fallen stars,
D Em
Crashing through the night.
C G
Leaving our scars,
D Em
In the canvas of the twilight.

(Verse)
Em C
Our dreams are written in song,
G D
In places where we belong,
Em C
We weave tales of love and loss,
G D
Through the Growing Crash across.

(Chorus)
C G
We are the fallen stars,
D Em
Crashing through the night.
C G
Leaving our scars,
D Em
In the canvas of the twilight.
