Some Interpretation

Backstory:
‘Some Interpretation’ was formed in a sleepy, nondescript suburb of Seattle, back in 2012. It was a union of four childhood friends: Simon (lead vocalist), Jane (drummer), Harry (guitarist), and Daisy (bassist), who shared a love for music and a dream to shake up the alternative rock scene. They started out playing in their garages, battling the harsh winter nights, fueled by their passion and a belief that they had something unique to offer. Their music was their way of exploring and dealing with the struggles and joys of life and they infused every song with raw, palpable emotion.

After a few years of playing at local bars and small gigs, ‘Some Interpretation’ caught the attention of a renowned music producer during a music festival in 2015. Since then, they’ve received critical acclaim for their original, emotive lyrics, and their unique blend of alternative rock and indie pop, giving them a distinctive sound that resonates with their fans.

Song Lyrics:

(Verses)
Em – C – G – D

[Verse 1]
(Em) I walk this road, (C) don’t know where it goes,
(G) Chasing shadows, (D) stories yet untold.
(Em) An open book, (C) a tale of loss and love,
(G) We’re writing it, (D) beneath the stars above.

[Chorus]
Em – C – G – D

(Em) Reality’s fable, (C) truth or a lie,
(G) We’re spinning tales, (D) beneath the crimson sky.
(Em) Maybe it’s a dream, (C) maybe it’s real,
(G) All I know, (D) it’s our story to reveal.

[Verse 2]
(Em) We’ve got the pen, (C) let’s write our destiny,
(G) A narrative, (D) of joy and misery.
(Em) Through stormy seas, (C) and the calm tides,
(G) We’ll sail on, (D) with love as our guide.

[Chorus]
(Em) Reality’s fable, (C) truth or a lie,
(G) We’re spinning tales, (D) beneath the crimson sky.
(Em) Maybe it’s a dream, (C) maybe it’s real,
(G) All I know, (D) it’s our story to reveal.
