Backstory:
Eager Part was born in the vibrant music scene of Perth, Australia in early 2008. The band is made up of four childhood friends: lead vocalist and guitarist David Hawking, bassist Danny Jacobs, drummer Kyle Redford, and keyboardist and backing vocalist Julia Peters. The quartet shared a dream of breaking through the music industry and their shared passion for music led them to create a unique sound that incorporated their individual influences, ranging from classic rock to modern synth-pop.

Driven by their dedication, the band started performing in local pubs and small music festivals, and their energetic performances quickly grabbed the attention of the local music scene. As they progressed, Eager Part’s reputation grew not just for their exceptional music, but for their dynamic stage presence and genuine connection with their audience. Their big break came when they were discovered by a music producer during one of their gigs, which led to their first record deal.
