Backstory:

Plump Giraffe is an indie rock group that was born under the glittering stars of Austin, Texas. The band is made up of four childhood friends: lead vocalist and guitarist Jesse, drummer Mike, bassist Steve, and keyboardist Tim. The group’s name, Plump Giraffe, was the punchline of an inside joke from their middle school days and it stuck. The boys began their musical journey in high school, starting as a garage band and slowly transitioning into the local music scene. Their music reflects their shared experiences of growing up in their small town and the bittersweet essence of youth, love, and dreams.
