Backstory:

Critical Push came together in the bustling music scene of Austin, Texas back in 2014. The band consists of lead vocalist and guitarist, Jasper “Jazz” Johnson, drummer Ben “Beats” McCormick, bassist Leon “Low Notes” Newman, and keyboardist, Ruby “Riffs” Robson. They all came from different backgrounds, but their love for music and an unquenchable thirst for innovation brought them together. Jazz was a blues guitarist, Beats played in a punk band, Low Notes was an orchestral bassist, and Riffs was a classical pianist. Their diverse influences coalesced into a unique sound that has continued to evolve and captivate audiences over the years.
