Backstory:
Bright Admission was born in the bustling city of Seattle, where four ambitious musicians met at an open mic night. Lead singer and bassist, Liam, was struggling to make a name for himself in the local music scene. Guitarist, Max, had recently moved to Seattle from a small town in Montana, seeking a larger audience for his music. Drummer, Sophie, was a talented percussionist who dropped out of college to pursue her passion for music, and keyboardist, Owen, a tech whiz-kid, completed the quartet. They bonded over their shared passion for music and their struggle to break into the industry. They decided to band together, creating Bright Admission, and began playing gigs in small venues, slowly amassing a following with their distinctive sound.

“Streetlight Serenade”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
[C] Underneath the [G] city’s glow, [Am] we found a place to [E] grow,
[C] Strumming to the [G] rhythm of the [Am] streetlight’s serenade. [E]
[C] Busking till the [G] break of day, [Am] singing all our [E] cares away,
[C] Our hopes and dreams in [G] every note [Am] we played. [E]
(Chorus)
[F] Bright Admission, [C] under the [G] city’s mission,
[F] Singing out our [C] streetlight serenade. [G]
[F] Through the darkness, [C] guided by the [G] starlight,
[F] We’re just a band, [C] singing for the [G] chance to be heard.
(Verse 2)
[C] The city’s hum, the [G] songs we sung, [Am] a tale that’s far from [E] done,
[C] Echoes of our [G] melodies in [Am] every alleyway. [E]
[C] Strumming chords of [G] dreams that soar, [Am] the crowd keeps asking [E] more,
[C] We’re Bright Admission, [G] the break of a [Am] brand-new day. [E]
Favorite Fan Testimonial:
My name is Rachel, and I am probably Bright Admission’s biggest fan. I’ve followed them since they first began performing at local bars in Seattle. I love their unique blend of indie rock and the raw emotions emanating from each song. Their music speaks to my soul and has helped me through some tough times. The lyrics in “Streetlight Serenade” especially resonate with me, as it speaks of hope, perseverance, and the possibility of turning dreams into reality. It’s as though they’re not just playing for the crowd, but for every individual who’s ever faced adversity. This band is more than just music to me; they’re a beacon of hope and inspiration.
