Backstory:
Formed in the crisp, biting air of a Michigan autumn, Drafty Fall came together out of a shared passion for music and a deep connection to their small-town roots. Lead vocalist and guitarist, Alden Mitchell, met drummer, Sadie Wilson, during a high school talent show. Their chemistry was undeniable, and they soon formed a duo, playing local gigs at the town’s only coffee shop.
Their luck turned when bassist, Ethan Foster, returned to town after a stint in Los Angeles. Ethan, tired of the industry’s polish and pretense, was drawn to their raw authenticity. With the addition of keyboardist, Leah Saunders, the four formed Drafty Fall, a band which soon became synonymous with the heart and soul of American folk rock.

Drafty Fall’s favorite fan is a local librarian named Ellen. She first stumbled upon their music while looking for local acts to feature in the library’s summer reading program.
