Backstory:
Classic Conception was formed in the bustling city of Nashville, Tennessee, in the early summer of 2000. The group came together when four high school friends – lead vocalist Johnny “Jazz” Johnson, guitarist Mike “Mellow” Melvin, bassist Larry “Loud” Lawrence, and drummer Peter “Power” Powell – decided to form a band. They started playing at local bars and small-town festivals, gradually honing their skills and developing a unique sound that blended the raw energy of rock and roll with the melodic sophistication of blues.

Their breakthrough came in 2005 when they recorded a four-song demo that quickly caught the attention of local music industry professionals. From there, the band was signed to a major label and began to tour nationally. With each new album, Classic Conception has continued to grow in popularity, gathering a fanbase that appreciates their passion for music and their commitment to pushing the boundaries of their genre.
