Backstory:
Agile President was founded in 2010 by four college friends, who were living in a cramped dorm room at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst. The band members included lead vocalist and guitarist Sam “Slo-Mo” Morris, drummer and backing vocalist AJ “Wild” Willis, bassist Zach “The Machine” McCormick, and keyboardist Hailey “Hurricane” Hamilton. Together, they brought their shared love of music and political science into their songwriting, crafting a unique style that blended their passions. After their graduation, they decided to pursue their music career full time and moved to Boston, where they began to make a name for themselves in the local music scene.
Their breakout moment came in 2015 when they were spotted by a talent scout while performing at a small club. Soon, they were signed to an indie label and released their debut album, which quickly gained traction in the alternative music scene. Since then, Agile President has been inspiring audiences with their combination of dynamic performances and thought-provoking lyrics.
