Backstory:

Capital Territory is an Australian indie rock band that formed in 2012. The band consists of lead vocalist and rhythm guitarist, James, bassist, Logan, lead guitarist, Mike, and drummer, Connor. They all met in college in Canberra, where they began playing casually in dorm rooms and local pubs. After winning a local band competition, they decided to pursue music seriously, leading to the formation of Capital Territory. The group takes its name from the city they all met; Canberra, which is the capital territory of Australia. Their music is inspired by their experiences living in the city, as well as broader themes of adventure and love.
