Lovable Plan

Backstory:
“Lovable Plan” was born in the vibrant city of Seattle in 2013, a result of a chance meeting between college friends Jenny Reed and Jennifer Smith. Reed, a gifted singer-songwriter, and Smith, a talented drummer, found a musical kinship in their shared love for heartfelt lyrics and infectious rhythms. The pair spent their late nights jamming in basement studios, creating and honing their sound until they felt it was ready to be shared with the world.

In 2015, they made their debut at a local open mic night and were immediately noticed by a recording executive in the audience. Their EP was released later that year and gained an enthusiastic fan base in the indie pop scene. Their charmingly earnest lyrics, coupled with their dynamic performances, made them a band to watch out for. Lovable Plan, with their music, brought a fresh, bold perspective to the indie pop scene, carving out their unique space.

Title:
“Stargazers”

Full song lyrics:
(Verse 1)
G C G
In this city of blinking lights, we’ve found a home,
Em C G
Underneath the stars, we swear we’re not alone.
D C G
Driving down the boulevard, music playing low,
Em D G
We’ll keep chasing the night, seeing where it goes.

(Chorus)
C G
We’re stargazers, baby, lost in a dream,
Am Em
Caught in the rhythm of the cosmic scheme,
D G
We’re stargazers, baby, shooting for the stars,
C D G
In this endless universe, we’ll make our mark.

(Verse 2)
G C G
In this world of gentle lies, we’ve found the truth,
Em C G
In the silence of the night, in the echoes of our youth.
D C G
Through the smoky haze, the world keeps spinning round,
Em D G
We’re just stargazers, baby, lost and found.

(Chorus)
C G
We’re stargazers, baby, lost in a dream,
Am Em
Caught in the rhythm of the cosmic scheme,
D G
We’re stargazers, baby, shooting for the stars,
C D G
In this endless universe, we’ll leave our scars.
