Muffled Beer

Backstory:
Muffled Beer emerged from the vibrant music scene of downtown Nashville in 2012. The group, comprising five childhood friends – Mitch (vocalist), Darren (lead guitarist), Brandon (bassist), Eric (drummer) and Ryan (keyboardist) – had a shared affinity for music from an early age. Their band name, Muffled Beer, was inspired by a memorable night that involved an impromptu jam session in the basement and too many bottles of beer; the echo of their music was muffled by the beer crates they were surrounded with. The morning after, they found the recording of their session and realized they had struck gold. That was the inception of Muffled Beer.

The band started off playing in local pubs before their distinct style caught the attention of a renowned record label. After signing a deal, their journey to stardom was swift. With their dedicated fanbase and consistent high-quality music, Muffled Beer has become a household name in the American music scene.

Title:
“Whiskey Lullaby Revisited”

Full song lyrics:

(Verse)
Em G
Watch the stars through the old oak tree,
D C
With a bottle of whiskey, just you and me.
Em G
Clouds roll in, but we don’t mind,
D C
We’re lost in our world, leaving troubles behind.

(Chorus)
G D
Oh, it’s our whiskey lullaby, underneath the moonlit sky,
Em C
Drowning our sorrows, yet we never cry.
G D
The night whispers secrets, as we sit and sigh,
Em C
In the echoes of our whiskey lullaby, we live and die.

(Verse)
Em G
The wind carries our song far and wide,
D C
On this journey, you’re my trusted guide.
Em G
Words unspoken, but our hearts know,
D C
In the silence, our love continues to grow.

(Repeat Chorus)
