Backstory:
Sure-Footed Pit emerged from the remnants of three local garage bands from the small town of Llano, Texas. The band members, childhood friends, decided to combine their talents in 2008, after their individual bands broke up. The band’s name, chosen after a fun night around a campfire, recalls the unforgiving Texas landscape that has helped shape their sound and ethos. The band’s unique style draws from their shared passion for vintage rock and roll, and their collective experience in different bands has allowed them to create a sound that, while inspired by the past, has a unique and modern identity.
