Backstory:
Forceful Department was conceptualized in the vibrant city of Nashville, Tennessee in early 2012. The band members, consisting of lead vocalist Taylor Mitchell, guitarist Jason Collins, bassist Mark Patterson, and drummer Henry Tomlinson, were all staples of the local music scene – playing in various bands before deciding to merge their talents. They bonded over their mutual love for bold and rebellious music. Forceful Department was their collective brainchild, a tangible manifestation of their passion and musical prowess.

The band had its breakthrough moment in 2015 when their first album, ‘Rebel Metropolis’, topped the local charts and gained nationwide recognition. Their music resonated with the young audience, who found their lyrics relatable and their sound fresh. Despite their success, the band remained grounded, regularly performing at local bars and maintaining a strong bond with their fanbase.
