Backstory:
In the heart of the bustling metropolis of New York City, four strangers from different walks of life were brought together by their shared love for music. Jake, a busker, was known for his soulful voice and powerful lyrics; he was discovered by Max, a guitarist and music producer looking for the right voice to fit his music. Meanwhile, Mandy, a drummer who played in jazz clubs, was introduced to Max through a mutual friend. The trio eventually stumbled upon Ron, a talented bassist they found performing in a subway station. They saw potential in each other, and thus, Naive Document was born. The band’s name was inspired by their belief in the raw honesty of music, akin to a naive document that captures life as it is.
