Backstory:
Warm Other’s unique story begins in the rustic heartland of Nebraska, where the founding members – siblings Natalie and Jackson Thompson – discovered their love for music through the healing power of a mother’s lullaby. Raised on a corn farm, the Thompson siblings found solace from the tough farming life in the comfort of their mother’s songs, who was a local country artist. Inspired by their mother’s talent and the warmth of her lullabies, they formed Warm Other, an homage to their mother and the comforting feeling her music brought them. After a few years of performing in local bars and county fairs, their heartfelt melodies caught the attention of indie producer, Louie Henderson, who saw potential in their raw talent and signed them to his label.

The band’s favorite fan is Elsie James, a Nebraska native herself, who claims that Warm Other’s music has helped her through some of her toughest times. “Warm Other’s songs touch my heart like no other music does. Their music paints a picture of home, a reminder of my own mother’s lullabies. It’s the perfect blend of nostalgia, warmth, and love.
