Wrong Observation

Backstory:
Wrong Observation was born in the bustling city of Chicago in the summer of 2007 when four bored college friends decided to combine their diverse musical talents into one unique sound. The band members – lead vocalist and guitarist Jake Morris, bass guitarist and backup vocalist Harry Thompson, drummer Sam Caldwell, and keyboardist and synth player Alex Turner – met at the University of Illinois. They quickly realized they had a shared passion for music and a knack for writing songs that connected with people on a deep emotional level. Their journey has been rich and full of unexpected turns, starting from playing at small local bars to now selling out big arenas and music festivals nationwide.

Title:
“Ripple in the Echo”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Em C
I saw you in a dream, lost in the crowd,
G D
Your voice was but a whisper, yet so loud.
Em C
Tracing every moment, every vow,
G D
Drowning in the echoes of the now.

(Chorus)
Am C
We are just a ripple in the echo,
G D
Our love, a melody in the techno.
Am C
In the wrong observation of the shadow,
G D
We found a connection, oh so mellow.

(Verse 2)
Em C
In the crowded streets, yet so alone,
G D
Our hearts beat to a different tone.
Em C
In the noise and chaos, you’re my zone,
G D
In your eyes, I found my home.

(Chorus)
Am C
We are just a ripple in the echo,
G D
Our love, a melody in the techno.
Am C
In the wrong observation of the shadow,
G D
We found a connection, oh so mellow.

(Bridge)
F C
In the noise, in the quiet,
G D
Our love, a constant riot.
F C
In the wrong observation, we found right,
G D
In the darkness, you’re my light.

(Chorus)
Am C
We are just a ripple in the echo,
G D
Our love, a melody in the techno.
Am C
In the wrong observation of the shadow,
G D
We found a connection, oh so mellow.
