Backstory:
Born in the underbelly of downtown Chicago, Agonizing Crime emerged from the ashes of the bygone era of punk rock and thrash metal. Comprised of four members: lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Jace Blackwell, lead guitarist, Ronnie ‘Razor’ Smith, bassist, Mick ‘Havoc’ Harrison, and drummer, Chris ‘Cyanide’ Cooper, the band formed in the alleys and underground clubs of the city. The four met while in a local bar, each coming from different failed bands and shared a mutual dissatisfaction with the state of the music scene. Agonizing Crime was the product of their combined dedication to bring back the raw energy and unapologetic sound of punk and thrash.
Each member brings their own unique flavor to the band, creating a sound that is distinctly Agonizing Crime. Despite their tough exterior, the band is known for their fierce loyalty to their fans and their commitment to bringing their music to as many people as possible. Nothing can stop them from playing their heart out on stage, not even a power outage forcing them to play acoustically.
Genre: Punk/Thrash Metal
