Backstory:

Ajar Possibility is a band that formed in the underground music scene of Austin, Texas, during the early 2000s. The band is composed of childhood friends Jameson “Jimmy” Reed on vocals and guitar, Lyle “Shades” Baker on drums, and twins George and Gracie Phillips on bass and keyboard respectively. They started their musical journey in a garage, experimenting with different sounds and styles, bonding over their shared love of music and their desire to express their thoughts and feelings through their songs.

Passionate about creating a unique sound, they began playing in small venues around Austin. Their performances were filled with raw energy and emotion that quickly drew in a dedicated fan base. The band’s relentless drive and perseverance eventually landed them a record deal in 2006. The band claims their unique sound is a result of their diverse influences, ranging from blues and country to rock and pop.
