Pretty Combination

Backstory:
Pretty Combination is an eclectic group of musicians who met while studying at the prestigious Berklee College of Music in Boston. Comprised of frontwoman Georgia Knight, lead guitarist Sunny Rodgers, bassist Leo Martin, and drummer Izzy Walters, the band found a common interest in mixing traditional sounds with contemporary lyrics. They quickly journeyed from coffee house performances to local gigs, leaving a trail of mesmerizing harmonies and unforgettable performances.

Their big break came when they were discovered by a local radio DJ who happened to catch their performance at a charity gig. Blown away by their unique sound and compelling lyrics, the DJ played their demo on his morning show, and the rest is, as they say, history. Now touring around the globe, Pretty Combination continues to captivate audiences with their musical prowess and magnetic stage presence.

Title:
“Colors of the Wind”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
Em G D A
Underneath the sapphire sky,
Em G A
Whispers of the wind fly by,
D G Em A
Painting tales in hues so bright,
D G Em A
In the canvas of the night.

(Chorus)
Em G D A
Oh, colors of the wind, dance with me,
Em G A
Through the valleys, across the sea,
D G Em A
As the night fades into day,
D G Em A
You’re the melody in the symphony of life, I say.

(Verse 2)
Em G D A
Shadows of the past come alive,
Em G A
In the colors, they survive,
D G Em A
The story told in every shade,
D G Em A
Of love found, lost, and remade.

(Repeat Chorus)

Fan Testimonial:
The band’s favorite fan is Tom Mitchell, a high school teacher from Boston. Tom has been a huge supporter of Pretty Combination since their early days and has attended every single one of their concerts in Boston. He says, “Pretty Combination is my favorite band not only because their music is exceptional, but because they manage to make every listener feel like a part of a larger narrative. Their lyrics have depth and their melodies, a sense of familiarity that is so comforting. They’re not just a band, they’re storytellers and I feel lucky to be a part of their journey.”
