Backstory:
Aggressive Bird was founded in the gritty streets of Chicago in 2009. The band’s lead singer, guitarist, and songwriter, Jeff Brown, was working as a mechanic in a local garage when he met keyboardist and backing vocalist, Samantha Jones, who was running her own cafe nearby. Sharing a passion for music, they decided to start a band and roped in their friends – drum kit artist Mark Davis and bass guitarist, Tony Peterson. The name ‘Aggressive Bird’ was inspired by Jeff’s pet parakeet, known for its bold and fearless nature.

In the early days, Aggressive Bird played at local bars and clubs. Their raw energy and innovative sound quickly drew a loyal fanbase, leading to a record deal with indie label, Blue Stone Records. Since then, they’ve released three studio albums and have performed on major music festivals around the world. Their passion for music and dedication to their craft shines through in every performance, making them a force to be reckoned with in the music industry.
