Frank Institution was born under the starry skies of Austin, Texas, in the summer of 2002. The band was formed by four high school friends; Joey ‘Ink’ McCallister on vocals and rhythm guitar, Tommy ‘Duke’ Delaney on lead guitar, Lars ‘The Viking’ Jensen on drums, and Benjamin ‘Benny’ Fitzgerald on bass.
