Minor Territory

Backstory:

Minor Territory was formed in the heart of the Cincinnati suburbs, as an unexpected union of three childhood friends, Ben Foster, Tim Avery, and Sean Clifford. Their shared passion for music, fueled by countless summer nights spent around a campfire with cheap guitars and a worn-out cassette player, gave birth to a unique musical connection. After graduating high school, they decided to push their boundaries and pursue their dream. They transformed Ben’s garage into a recording studio, where they spent countless hours crafting and honing their sound.

Minor Territory’s journey was not an easy one; they grappled with multiple rejections, financial constraints, and the inherent uncertainty of the music industry. However, their dedication never wavered. Their big break came unexpectedly when a local radio station started playing one of their demo tapes. The response was overwhelming, propelling them into the local music scene, and eventually, onto national stages.

“Where the Wild Hearts Roam”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1)
G//C//Am//D
In the silence of the night, under the moon glow
We find our hearts dancing, where the wild hearts roam
Trapped in the echoes of the past, we’re reaching for tomorrow
Our souls wander free, where the wild hearts roam

(Chorus)
Em//D//C//G
Where the wild hearts roam, we find our home
In the echoes of the mountains, in the whispers of the stone
Beneath the starlit sky, where the winds blow
We find our peace, where the wild hearts roam

(Verse 2)
G//C//Am//D
In the footsteps of the dreamers, under the sun’s glow
We forge our destiny, where the wild hearts roam
Bound by the rhythm of the Earth, we sway to her tempo
We find our melody, where the wild hearts roam

(Chorus)
Em//D//C//G
Where the wild hearts roam, we find our home
In the whispers of the ocean, in the murmur of the loam
Under the rustling leaves, where the rivers flow
We find our love, where the wild hearts roam

Boring Galley

Backstory:
Boring Galley is an unlikely story of a group of culinary school dropouts, who found their true passion in music rather than food. “One More Whisk”

Full Song Lyrics:

(Verse 1, Am – G – F – C)
Underneath the neon lights, in a kitchen cold and stark,
We traded pots and pans for guitars, trading flavors for the dark.
We sang songs of truth and longing, with a dash of Cajun spice,
Marinated in memories, steeped in sacrifice.

(Chorus, C – G – Am – F)
One more whisk in the galley that we knew,
Serving soulful melodies and rhythm stews.
No Michelin stars, no culinary charts,
Only the recipes of our hearts.

(Verse 2, Am – G – F – C)
Embracing life’s raw ingredients, we blended in some blues,
Simmering in indie rock, creating a new muse.
From the roux of our existence, a unique sound was born,
It’s not about the simmering, but how the soup is shorn.

(Chorus, C – G – Am – F)
One more whisk in the galley that we knew,
Plating up sonnets and lyrical brews.
No food critics’ praises, no gastronomic phases,
Just the soundtrack of our phases.
