Lopsided Counterpart

Backstory:
Lopsided Counterpart, a band that hails from the heartland of Chicago, was formed in the summer of 2012. The group’s four members – Andy McAllister (lead vocals and guitar), Sarah Jennings (drums), Brian Thompson (bass), and Jess Randall (keyboard) – were all previously parts of different bands, each with its unique style. They were brought together by their shared love for music and the desire to create something different from what each one was doing individually. The name ‘Lopsided Counterpart’ signifies their diverse range of influences, coming together to create a balance in their sound.

Although they started by playing in small local bars and clubs, their following grew rapidly due to their unique and captivating performances. Their collective energy and passion for music was evident from their first show and carried over to each performance thereafter. The diverse backgrounds of the band members have contributed to their unique sound.
