Backstory:
Urban Fool was formed in 2010 in the heart of New York City as an impromptu jam session between a group of strangers in a downtown subway station. The group was comprised of five individuals – lead vocalist Liam Torres, guitarist Noah Levinson, bassist Thomas O’Leary, drummer Isaac Gallagher, and keyboardist Olivia Wu. They quickly realized they shared a collective passion for creating music that transcended the noise of the urban jungle. Their impromptu sessions became routine, attracting audiences from all walks of life – from corporate businessmen to tattoo-clad punks.
After a year of subway performances, they secured a weekly gig at a local bar, which then lead to contacts within the music industry and their first record deal. Over the past decade, Urban Fool has grown from a subway sensation to a globally recognized band. They’ve released five albums, each an ode to the urban life that initially brought them together.

Song Title:
“Neon Jungle”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse 1)
Am G
Under the lights of the neon jungle,
Dm Am
Where fools like us learn to tangle,
Am G
In the rhythm of the rushing crowd,
Dm Am
We found our beat, loud and proud.
(Chorus)
F G Am
Oh, we’re the Urban Fool, born in this neon jungle,
F G Am
In the grind, in the hustle, we found our struggle,
F G Am
We dance, we sing, in the city’s rumble,
F G Am
We’re the Urban Fool, thriving in the neon jungle.
(Verse 2)
Am G
Amidst the roar of steel dragons,
Dm Am
And beneath the skyscraper canyons,
Am G
We found a melody that rings true,
Dm Am
An urban symphony, clear and blue.
(Repeat Chorus)

Testimonial:
“As a teacher, it’s important for me to incorporate different types of art into my lessons. Urban Fool’s music has a unique way of capturing the essence of city life that not only resonates with me personally, but also with my students. Despite their fame, they’ve never lost touch with their roots. Their music is raw, honest, and full of heart. I’ve seen them perform at countless venues, but nothing beats those early days in the subway station. They’re not just my favorite band, they’re a source of inspiration for my students, showing them that art can be found anywhere, even in the hustle and bustle of a city like New York.”
