“Echoes of Youth”
Full Song Lyrics:
(Verse)
Em G D A
We walked on the edge, chased dreams in the night,
Em G D A
In the echoes of youth, we found our fight.
Em G D A
Underneath the skyline, we screamed our might,
Em G D A
In the echoes of youth, we found our light.
(Chorus)
C G D Em
In the echoes, in the shadows,
C G D Em
We found love, amidst the gallows.
C G D Em
In the ashes, in the dust,
C G D Em
In the echoes of youth, we found trust.
(Verse)
Em G D A
In the ruins of heartbreak, we learned to mend,
Em G D A
In the echoes of youth, we found a friend.
Em G D A
With our hearts on fire, we refused to bend,
Em G D A
In the echoes of youth, we found a trend.
(Chorus)
C G D Em
In the echoes, in the shadows,
C G D Em
We found hope, amidst the gallows.
C G D Em
In the ashes, in the dust,
C G D Em
In the echoes of youth, we found lust.
