Backstory:
Formed in the bustling city of Austin, Texas, Knowledgeable Pack was the brainchild of high school friends John Simmons, Luke McDowell, and Hank Thompson. The trio, initially ventured into the world of music as an escape from the daily grind of school life, soon found their shared passion for storytelling through lyrics and melodies. As they matured, they started to use their music as a vessel to share their thoughts on social issues, creating a unique blend of thought-provoking lyrics and catchy tunes.
After graduation, they added Amelia Gibson, an accomplished violinist and backup vocalist, who brought a touch of classical sophistication to their music. Their chemistry was undeniable and their music evolved into a unique sound that soon caught the attention of the local crowd. Word spread about their performances and it wasn’t long before they released their first EP independently, establishing their presence in the music scene.
