Backstory:

In the heart of Chicago, two brothers, Max and Jonny McWhirter discovered their passion for music. They began by strumming guitars in their garage, blending sounds and beats to form a melody that resonated with their soul. However, it wasn’t until high school that they really began to hone their craft, spending most of their free time writing songs and experimenting with various instruments. After they both graduated, the duo decided to pursue music full time and formed the band ‘Runny Frequency’.

Their journey wasn’t always smooth; their unique sound was initially overlooked by record companies, but their perseverance kept them going. The two brothers kept fighting back, releasing songs on independent platforms, earning them a loyal fan base that admired their authenticity and musical prowess. Their first major break came with the hit single ‘Cascading Echoes’, which topped the local Indie music charts and gained them recognition in the music industry. The band has since grown from strength to strength, and though they’ve faced trials and tribulations, their love for music has only deepened.
