Foolhardy Engine started in the heart of the bustling city of Chicago, Illinois, in 2010. School friends, Toby “Tobster” Johnson, guitarist, and Mason “Mase” Daniels, drummer, decided to take their garage jam sessions to the next level after writing the song that would later become their first hit. They recruited bassist Sammy “Sam” Stevens from a local record store and scored the melodious keyboardist Lily “Keys” Madison from a music school in the neighborhood.
