Backstory:
Far-Off Bulk was formed in the summer of 2004, in the suburban neighborhood of Columbus, Ohio. The band started as a hobby for three high school friends, Brian “Brick” McKenzie on drums, Neil Roberts on bass, and the charismatic, Jake “Jax” Miller on guitar and vocals. They were initially drawn together by their shared love for alternative rock and began rehearsing in Brick’s parents’ garage. One year later, after winning a local battle of the bands, they realized their shared hobby might have more potential than they first imagined. With that, they decided to dedicate their full attention to their music, crafting songs that showcased their eclectic influences and raw energy.

The band’s favorite fan is a guy named Patrick. Patrick has been following Far-Off Bulk since their early garage days. He has attended almost all of their gigs, rain or shine, and is known for his signature headband, which he waves in the air during their performances.
